Amplifi Labs
Redesigning the brand and experience for an app development agency
About Amplifi Labs
Previously known as Owera Tech, a full service app development agency dedicated to help startups realize their dreams, needed a rebrand. After a while trying to communicate their mission to transform great ideas into unique products, they've decided to change their name and logo, to express clearer what they believe it was their power to bring to the world.

Rebranding
As a freelance for projects of Owera, they chose me to develop their new brand as Amplifi Labs. Through a process of iteration and refinement, with multiples back-and-forths, alignments and brainstorming sessions, we developed a mark that reflects what the company really believed it is their identity.
Based in the “amplify” concept, we explore shapes, colors and typographies to get the right translation for their DNA. We end up with this logo that express the Amplifi Labs to be the place to grow, expand, and connect ideas, making products real, well-done and attractive.
In one line, different points of rough ideas can be connected, in a soft, organic and fluid way. Then, the A appears, that’s them, making great digital experiences come to life.
In a way to strengthen their identity, I defined the basic guidelines of their brand, offering a clear guide to what, where and how to use the logo, color scheme and typographies.
The deliverables of this part of the project were a brand book with guidelines, and the support material with the new brand applied in templates for presentations, personal cards and others.
Website
For the digital experience, our goal was to call attention from potential clients and make sure they understand how great Amplifi Labs is to deliver digital solutions. The final product turned to have this simple and minimal visual with some animated interactions, and a practical and clear approach in the content.
It was a great project to explore the potential of a fluid web experience and to play with a new logo, all designed by me. I came up with a full version of the experience with a different navigation flow, bringing more details for projects and what the company can do. This version will be online soon.
